Malcolm James McCormick was born January 19th, 1992 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Point Breeze, Pittsburgh and was raised Jewish. He began taking piano lessons at the age of 6, but decided to focus on his hip hop career during high school. He also taught himself how to play guitar, drums, and bass.

In 2010, he signed a deal with Rostrum Records based in Pittsburgh and recorded his debut studio album “Blue Side Park” which was released on November 8th, 2011. This album debut at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.

In 2013, he began his own record label named after a friend who had passed away, REMember Music. In 2014, he signed a record deal for his label and himself with Warner Bros. Records and would produce under the Pseudonym Larry Fisherman

Accomplishments:
First independently distributed debut Album to come out number 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart with “Blue Side Park” since 1995.
2010 - Won 2 awards at the Pittsburgh hip hop awards
